Roots & Rituals Shipping Policy

🚚 Shipping Policy(Effective Date: 15 June, 2025)

At Roots & Rituals, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely, safe, and eco-conscious manner. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle order processing and delivery.

1. 📦 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment. During peak periods or sale events, processing times may be extended slightly.

2. 🚛 Shipping Partners

We currently ship all orders via our trusted logistics partner Delhivery. However, we are actively exploring a shift to Shiprocket for wider coverage and improved tracking support. Regardless of the courier, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.

3. 🌍 Delivery Coverage

We ship across most locations in India. If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and offer an alternative solution or a full refund.

4. ⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary based on your location:

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

5. 📮 Shipping Charges

- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- For orders below this amount or Cash on Delivery (COD), standard shipping charges may apply. These will be shown at checkout.

6. 🔄 Undelivered Orders

If a shipment is returned to us due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, we will contact you for redelivery. Re-shipping charges may apply.

7. 📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is visibly damaged upon delivery or hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact us immediately. We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue.

8. 📝 Tracking & Support
